Speech Language Pathology Assistant
Hello everyone! My name is Karina Lopez and I am 4th year Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). I am a first-generation graduate from Texas A&M-Kingsville where I received my Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Masters degree in Special Education from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. As a young professional I have been blessed to work with a variety of ages, disorders/disabilities, and demographics. I strive to continuously advocate and be the voice my patients and their families need when educating the community and hope one day we are all able to engage with one another despite our physical or cognitive differences.
